LEDEOBIA and LEDEOBIB are low intensity LED beacons, red color or stroboscopic depending on users’s needs.
Dedicated to a night beaconing, it is a long life beacon (100 000 hours), very strong but with a low consumption (3w).
LEDEOBIA and LEDEOBIB are provided with photocell for an automatic switch ON/OFF, and a dry contact for failure alarm.
The beacons can be solar power supplied for an environmentally friendly system and a great autonomy.
It has been designed for an easy installation.
Applications
Rules concerning aircraft beaconing are established by the ICAO (Anex 14, Vol. I, Chapter 6). Low intensity beacons can be installed on structures up to 45 meters.
